About Us
 
The Linn Creek Art Festival continues a long tradition of quality arts events on the grounds of the lovely Fisher Community Center in Marshalltown.  Artists and visitors can enjoy the pleasant surroundings, with plenty of shade trees and a sparkling pond showcasing Christian Peterson's final sculpture.  This site is also home to an Impressionist Collection in the Fisher Art Gallery and a Ceramic Study Collection in the Center's lobby.

2011 Festival Fun Facts:
  *  9 (16%) of the artists are from Marshalltown
  *  There are artists from 29 Iowa communities
  *  We have artists coming from 4 states plus Iowa
  *  21 artists (or 38%) of them are first-timers this year
  *  34 artists (62 %) are returning
  *  17 artists (31% or half of all returning artists) are returning for their third year

Fisher Community Center, 709 S. Center St., Marshalltown, IA 50158
  *  NW corner of Center St./Hwy 14 and Anson St.
  *  Entrances are from Anson Street
  *  Parking in the Fareway lot or further east on Anson, at the old EconoFoods lot
  *  Shuttles will run between the Festival and the Anson St. parking lot
